Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive the vehicles allocated in a safe and lawful manner at all time, ensure sound running of the vehicles, and arrange minor repairs where necessary. Informs the supervisor of any unusual situations or accidents immediately.
• Navigates road maps using both standard maps and the GPS to identify locations
• Follows established schedules, adjusts schedules to meet unanticipated changes, and determines the best and most efficient routes to avoid heavy traffic as needed.
• Keeps the vehicle clean, polished, and in maximum operating condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection for oil and fuel levels, damages, and emergency equipment such as a tire replacement kit, a first aid kit, and other emergency equipment such as a fire extinguisher and a full first aid kit.
• Maintains and updates logbook of each vehicle ona daily basis for registering the mileages, fuel, and maintenance undertaken. 
• Reads and understands the specific vehicle operation manual and operates every device in the car.
• Greets passengers and assists them in entering and leaving the vehicle when needed, and Interacts effectively and politely with co-workers and passengers.
• Assist with minor logistics and procurement duties upon request.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Secondary school certificate or a complete/vocational training certificate
• Driving license card valid and first opening before 5 years minimum
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position with a local or International NGO.
• Security and safety training preferred.
• English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
