The role of the WASH expert is to provide high level technical support to conceptualization, design and implementation of COOPI’s WASH projects with a focus on community based approaches and sustainabily of the water sources and sanitation facilities carried out on project’s implementation.

Project Manager – COOPI
The Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of the related project planning, control and quality management technics required to implement the same project (LF, chronogram, deadlines, indicators and results).
Civil Engineer – COOPI
Participate in needs assessment and reviews at community level to determine interventions that are required, particularly related to shelter solutions
Water Engineer – COOPI
Participate in needs assessment and reviews at community level to determine interventions that are required, including leading on a thorough assessment of water resource potential in selected areas in Khartoum
MEAL Officer – COOPI
Support the MEAL coordinator in organizing and facilitating quarterly monitoring reports, progress reviews,s and learning events.
Country Administrator – COOPI
He/She ensures the correct administrative/financial management and the sustainability of the Country Coordination, and Area Coordination if available, by preparing the coordination budget and by controlling the projects’ budgets preparation. He/She controls all final balances and monitors the correct predisposition of all financial reports, in compliance with COOPI and the donors’ procedures. He/She guarantees the information correctness and completeness to the headquarters
Project Manager – Livelihoods And Resilience – COOPI
The primary purpose of the role is to provide high level technical support to conceptualization, design and implementation of COOPI’s Livelihoods & Resilience projects with a focus on improved resilience and livelihoods of vulnerable pastoral and agropastoral households affected by effects of Climate Change, Conflict, etc. in North Darfur State of Sudan.
Area Coordinator and Project Manager – COOPI
The Area Coordinator is responsible for overall management and strategic direction of COOPI programmes in Khartoum. The programmes cover but are not limited to DRR, WASH, Shelther. The Area Coordinator will represent COOPI with the local and regional government bodies, especially government agencies, partners, beneficiaries and other (I)NGO’s as part of regular and quality communications to maintain good relations.
