WHO WE ARE
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) works worldwide to provide protection and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflict and armed violence. THE PURPOSE
The Helper provides help and support by carrying out simple tasks requiring no qualifications.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Present simple and manual help to technicians upon request in areas such as constructions, painting, gardening, and at close supervision.
- Carries out simple and routine tasks requiring no specific qualifications and under supervision, such as the movement of materials, simple earth dig & fill operations, cleaning of the delegation surroundings, and rubbish collection and disposal.
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

- Strongly motivated by humanitarian work
- Able to work under pressure in a potentially dangerous environment
CERTIFICATIONS / EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Sudanese nationality
- Primary school education.
- Basic knowledge of English
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum one year’s experience in constructions, painting, gardening or any similar technical field
