CHILD SAFEGUARDING:
Level 2: either the post holder will have access to personal data about children and/or young people as part of their work; or the post holder will be working in a ‘regulated’ position (accountant, barrister, solicitor, legal executive); therefore, a police check will be required (at ‘standard’ level in the UK or equivalent in other countries).
Duties and responsibilities:
HR Operations
Handling employees’ contracts
Processing intern payroll
Consolidation of HR Reports
Monitoring group inductions
Archiving of personnel files (hard and soft copies)
Drafting of work Certificates
Consolidation and follow up of annual leaves planning.
Supporting the organization of meetings, and other HR events
HR Monthly Updates of headcount and organograms
Support the HR Management, coordinate HR key activities.
Recruitment
Archiving and updating recruitment files.
Support and coordinate the recruitment process for the teams by making the longlist, consulting with candidates, setting up interviews and tests, planning agendas, following through with references and other administrative checks etc.
Lead all the recruitment process for internship positions.
Advertise on job boards and other supports (newspapers, platforms…)
Maintain candidate database, liaising with universities and professional networks.
Update the recruitment tracker.
Other
Assist the HR Director
Coordinate the travels of the HR Team
Supporting events and initiatives of the department including trainings, welcoming visitors, organising send off for departing employee and internal communication.
Be ready to perform another task of the department or ensure back of the
HR team members up when required.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
At least bachelor’s in management of human resources management
Have at least 2 or 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in NGO sector will be an advantage.
Excellent planning capacities, management, and coordination, with the possibility of a significant workload consists of various duties and responsibilities.
Good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office Environment)
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Good knowledge of English and French (Written and spoken)
