To handle receipt/dispatch and verification of commodities in order to maximize quality of warehouse operations and mitigate losses,
Supervise SCOPE registration team, ensure productivity and that quantity and quality of data collected is adequate
Lead the development of the project Monitoring and Evaluation Calendar for field/site visits covering facilities, institutions and beneficiaries of the covid-19 Emergency Reponses Project
Support the field offices in implementation, monitoring and documentation of the ‘Learning for Life’ programme in East Darfur and North Darfur.
Inbound operations: inbound delivery monitoring, receiving, batch management and transfer orders
Availability of documents/ supplies; provision of supporting documents related to vehicle expenditures;
Provide procedural guidance to managers and staff; supervise, guide and train other finance support staff.
Receiving orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities against cargo manifest or others and reporting them
Conducts virtual goods receipt and physical goods receipt, including visual inspection of received goods upon arrival.
Implement NRC’s safety and security policies at office level
Participate in programme design and proposal development, including theory of change development, log frame design and budgeting for M&E;
Engage with management to understand priorities, and provide advice and solutions on all aspects of HR in line with delegated HR authorities.
