Social media has changed the way people find, consume, and react to information. The MSF mission in Sudan is moving towards introducing digital media capacities to be able to connect with Sudanese social media users, to build an online community, and to better communicate about MSF’s projects and principles. It is now seeking a Social Media Officer to help support the planning and implementation of a social media presence for MSF in Sudan.
Assisting the Logistics Coordinator in specific activities and assuming some delegated tasks, according to his/her instructions and MSF standards and protocols, in order to ensure proper logistics management in the capital and providing support to logistic activities in the projects.
Is responsible for ensuring that MSF is a Responsible employer in the mission, supports proper management of HR across the board and assumes full responsibility for all Administrative and legal issues in the Mission.
Execute administrative, HR and legal related tasks to support the Project HR Manager following MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve project objectives
Carrying out or supervising all maintenance logistics activities in the base (vehicles, fuel consumption, and local infrastructure) according to MSF standards and protocols in order to have the material, infrastructure and vehicles in optimal running conditions
Planning, coordinating, and implementing HR, Admin, and Financial activities and policies in the project according to legal obligations and MSF protocols, standards, and procedures in order to provide quality, reliable and transparent information to the organization on the use and allocation of resources in the project and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve project objectives.

Implementing and monitoring adherence to additional precautions for air, droplet, and contact transmissible diseases when indicated. Based on a given patient diagnosis, evaluating the need and supporting the implementation, if needed, for additional precautions in collaboration with the medical team and act accordingly
Implementing and supervising an infection control program in a project or health facility, according to MSF protocols, safety, and IPC measures, to ensure the quality of care and safety of patients, caretakers, and staff.
Execute administrative tasks and do a follow-up of project accountancy and expenses, according to the administration manager’s indications and MSF procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep strict control over monetary resources for the MSF Mygoma project.
Perform counseling and/or education sessions to patients, following different medical and mental health MSF protocols and procedures, in order to improve their psychosocial condition.
In collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator or Logistics Coordinator, planning, establishing and reviewing the supply activities in the project and in coordination office including its budget, in order to identify and optimize the response to the needs of the mission and the targeted population
