Engage with management to understand priorities, and provide advice and solutions on all aspects of HR in line with delegated HR authorities

Support the strategic and coherent use of CBI’s in the operations, assisting to ensure that CBI is maximised in assistance and service provision
Engage with management to understand priorities, and provide advice and solutions on all aspects of HR in line with delegated HR authorities.
Support the implementation of communications strategies for countries, situations and special projects within the area of responsibility;
Prepare detailed work set / work plans / maintenance plan for UNHCR premises, inspections of the work, pointing out the defects, shortcoming and deficiencies if any in the work.
Prepare plans for delivery of relief and other non-food items according to the operational needs and regularly update the information in UNHCR IT systems
Assess the needs of persons of concern in the AoR and formulate project submissions in collaboration with district authorities and implementing partners.
Manage the use, maintenance and technical support of databases used in the cash-based interventions
Enter data mainly related to asylum seekers, refugees and persons of concern to UNHCR into the computer database.
Conduct registration interviews in accordance with local SOPs and registration standards.
