The Humanitarian and Voluntary Work Commission of Khartoum State announces an open vacancy for a Data Entry Clerk position with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). The role involves accurately entering, organizing, and managing medical and administrative information using computer systems and office software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain medical and administrative data accurately
- Organize and coordinate data records and files
- Use information and communication technology efficiently
- Support data management processes within the organization
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all entered information
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Secondary School Certificate (minimum requirement)
- Previous experience in medical data management
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational, coordination, and technical skills
- Good knowledge of computer use and Microsoft Office applications
