The Humanitarian and Voluntary Work Commission of Khartoum State announces an open vacancy for a Data Entry Clerk position with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). The role involves accurate data entry, organization, and management of medical and administrative information using computer systems and office software.

  • Enter, update, and maintain medical and administrative data accurately
  • Organize and coordinate data records and files
  • Use information and communication technology efficiently
  • Support data management processes within the organization
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all entered information

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Secondary School Certificate (minimum requirement)
  2. Previous experience in medical data management
  3. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  4. Strong organizational, coordination, and technical skills
  5. Good knowledge of computer use and Microsoft Office applications
