Médecins Sans Frontiéres (MSF France) France is an international non-governmental organization working in the field of medical care in Sudan. We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of:

Looking for a Data Entry Operator to carry out all activities related to the entry of medical data into the mission database, according to MSF protocols, and maintain confidentiality, to have reliable and up-to-date information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter medical data (e.g., patient information, dates of visit, prescription contents, viral load, etc.) into the mission’s database regularly and in accordance with MSF protocols.
- Participate in the compilation of data from both MSF structures and from collaborating health facilities.
- Participate in the search for missing data.
- Update the files of existing patients and make any necessary corrections.
- Make regular back-ups of all data processed.
- Look after all equipment provided and keep the recording area clean and tidy, giving special importance to all patient files.
- Report any issues concerning data management to the superior
- Elaborate statistical reports when required by the medical team.
- Ensure, promote, and maintain confidentiality regarding all information registered.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience Required:
Education: Secondary education is essential.
Experience: Working experience of at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Languages: Mission language desirable and local language essential.
Knowledge:
- Able to learn and use software used for recording (i.e., Fuchia, EpiInfo, etc.),
- Desirable computer literacy (Word, Excel).
