Ensure adherence with NRC North Area Office Security Management Plan and SOPs
Review of payment requests for completeness prior to processing to ensure that documentation is complete and all information concerning the payment has been supplied
Provide assistance during Engagement Development and ensure the right tools and procedures are used, and risks are identified with appropriate mitigation measures.
Assist SUMAT team with all the administrative, logistic and procurement related activities.
Monitor and maintain the LAN, Network Servers, Routers, Printers, LAN Points, and Switches, Patch panels, Access points, to prevent faults occurring
Arrange appointments/meetings both internal and external, some involving high ranking officials.
