The Fuel Attendant works in support for the WFP Ed Daein sub office Fleet Fuel Management to facilitate the completion of all fuel tasks in WFP sub office Offices

Provide operational coordination and administrative services, to support procurement projects and activities

WFP buys food commodities from Sudan to cover its operation needs in the country and neighboring countries in the region.

Support the strategic and coherent use of CBI's in the operations, assisting to ensure that CBI is maximised in assistance and service provision,

Strong planning, monitoring and evaluation skills

Ensure effective communication and coordination between the IOM sub-office in the area of responsibility

Advocates with relevant authorities and other influential actors to stop or prevent human rights violations

Help preparation of technical drawings for updating of infrastructure plans in the four towns

Support the CO with maintaining and updating all risk management and compliance related CO registers, namely the CO Risk Register, Waiver Register, Recommendations Tracker and Standards Operating Procedures (SOP) Register
