Are you ready to lead impactful humanitarian programs and drive change for vulnerable children and communities? Save the Children is seeking a dynamic GAVI Consortium Lead to oversee a USD 12.2M portfolio, coordinating consortium partners across 10 field offices in Sudan. This pivotal role provides strategic leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission to create a better future for children.

  • Lead consortium program management, ensuring high-quality, timely implementation.
  • Coordinate closely with thematic managers, functional leads, and field teams.
  • Strengthen operational platforms, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and reporting while fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Represent Save the Children to local authorities, INGOs, NGOs, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s in development management, Humanitarian Studies, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in humanitarian or development organizations.
  • Expertise in grant management, partner collaboration, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and representational skills.
