Keep abreast all developments in operations to prepare appropriate briefings and reports. Prepare periodic reports, e.g.,. donor updates, internal sitreps, briefing notes for senior managers, and activity-specific reports as required.

In close collaboration with the HR analyst, support in the organization of recruitment processes including review job descriptions and competency requirements ensuring they are in line with established policies and procedures
