Job Description
Lead, participate, and train stakeholders in the conduct of job evaluation processes and methodologies. Responsible for reporting on all job evaluation elements on all possible dimensions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any relevant field.
- Min 3 years of international experience.
- Preferable to have experience with Willis Towers Watson job evaluation system, Global Grading System, or any other equivalent job leveling methodology.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Advanced technical professional skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Team Work, communication, business acumen, and problem-solving.
- Analytical thinking, public speaking skills, and report writing.
