The Humanitarian and Voluntary Work Commission of Khartoum State announces an open vacancy for a Technical Director For Mine Clearance position with The Danish Refugee Council (DRC).
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.High school diploma or it’s equivalent.
2.At least 3 years of experience in non – technical survey (nts) and clearance work within humanitarian mine action programs.
3.Holds a minimum EOD level 2 (IMAS).
4.Excellent knowledge of non – technical surveying and community support.
5.Excellent knowledge of international mine action standards and experience in developing standard operating procedures.
6.Good knowledge of removal methodologies and equipment used in mine clearance operations ,and experience in planning and implementation removal operations is an added advantage.
