You are a member of the Senior Management Team and will provide leadership and foster a culture of excellence in Concern Sudan programmes in accordance with organizational policies and the Country Strategic Plan.
You will lead the implementation of the EWEA component of the project Enhance Resilience Nutrition Emergency (ERNE) funded by ECHO in South and West Kordofan, and provide technical support and supervision of other project with EWEA components. You will provide strategic guidance and technical assistance to the programme team on EWEA interventions in Concern WW Sudan. You will also be responsible to support the Programme Manager in the overall management of the ERNE programme.
You will lead the day-to-day operational management of all country logistics operations (procurement, transport/fleet, warehouse, and assets) management in Concern Sudan under the line management of the Systems Director. To support field teams and ensure logistics systems are adapted to programme and context, you will undertake frequent support visits to the programme areas, and to new areas as required. You will operate in compliance with Concern operational policies and procedures.
To manage, coordinate and oversee the work of the finance department in the Khartoum office which includes payroll, cash forecasting and requirements, account payables and receivables, Balance sheet analysis, payments review, and serve as the contact person for all Finance related duties from Kordofan and West Darfur.
