Under the supervision of the Country Director and in collaboration with the Head of Admin, Finance & HR Department, the overall responsibility of the Head of Logistics Department is to ensure the respect and the application of TGH logistics procedures and to manage all related logistics activities. The Head of Logistics Department is also responsible to manage the national logistics team.
Under the supervision of the Project Manager/ & WASH Coordinator, the WASH Manager is responsible of the implementation and good-quality of all WASH activities of Triangle Generation Humanitaire at base level as well as for WASH team.
Under the responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator, the Deputy ensures proper functioning of the logistics activities for the mission. They is responsible for managing specific Logistics tasks and assisting the Logistics Coordinator on other tasks as needed. All below tasks are managed under the supervision of the Logistic Coordinator.
o monitor on a daily basis all movements (in and out) of material stored in the stock and be sure that each movement is traceable by following the proper procedure and completing necessary tools: stock card, release order, follow up tools, etc.
Under direct supervision of the Field Coordinator, the Admin/Finance Officer duties include aspects of staff and office management, and finance as well as base movement. They have a technical link to the Finance Coordinator, based in Khartoum.
Admin/Archivist follows TGH archiving system procedures. Manages scanning and photocopying related to all purchases. and He/she represents TGH with professionalism, honesty, and commitment.
The Flying Deputy Human Resources Coordinator provides practical and proactive support.He/she are responsible for the good implementation of TGH HR policies and procedures.
