Engage and oversee planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities on the
implementation of Sudan Emergency Wheat Production Project, and all other related food assistance
interventions (e.g., beneficiary needs and status, food security status, programme modalities,
implementation challenges,

Ensure that the Learning & Development System is utilized in an effective manner and that all trainings are completed within the system.

Reporting, monitoring and evaluation, including support on documenting lessons learnt and best practices;

To deliver a range of routine business support tasks, to ensure that staff are effectively supported

To perform a range of coordination and administrative activities that contribute to the delivery of a safe and effective air service to the humanitarian community.

Contribute to the development of effective talent acquisition strategies by using new technologies, social media, software and networks, to identify, attract, and hire the best talent in support of the country office’s strategic goals.     

Lead overall day-to-day coordination and management of activities, to support achievement of anticipated results indicated in the Results Framework and in line with the Project’s development objectives and outcomes

Installation and testing of data cabling systems (cables, racks, conduits, patch panels, etc.), ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices

Demonstrate a strong experience and knowledge on handling tendering process for Financial services providers 

To support effective delivery and maintenance of client-focused, value-for-money oriented quality administrative practices. 

Maintain electronic medical records of patients in locked and secured manner with regular backup.

Provide specialized support to logistics operations and activities, following standard processes and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries

Verify resource requirements in the area of responsibility (WFP facilities, assets, light vehicle fleet, etc.), and assist in the identification of new requirements to facilitate efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations and services.
