Briefs international personnel on general administrative matters, provides advice and ensures administrative support as required.
Organize and facilitate meetings in line with the Principles of Partnership, ensuring that cluster meetings are consultative and results oriented.
Ensure compliance with Service Management and IT security policies and standards, technical architecture, and service level agreements
Advocate and promote UNHCR standards concerning the treatment of asylum seekers, refugees and returnees as well as IDPs, where applicable; Advocate, promote and encourage the concerned authorities and local opinion makers to uphold established UNHCR standards that have become the international norms.
Engage with management to understand priorities, and provide advice and solutions on all aspects of HR in line with delegated HR authorities.
Ensure adherence to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines
Finalize the annual workplan and budget and manage their implementation.
Participates fully in assigned operational activities related to implementation of UNITAMS mandate in support of the political transition, peace-making, peacebuilding; supports an integrated approach that includes a rights-based dimension, conflict prevention sensitivity, and gender perspective into the policy, planning and operational activities of the unit.
Provides clear and concise verbal communication/interpretation, interfacing between the mission’s representative and local population in support of operations and wider mission activities.

Prepare the annual work plan for the Supply team by determining priorities/targets and performance measurements and monitor work progress to ensure that results are achieved.
Provide specialized support to logistics operations and activities, following standard processes and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries
Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
Lead the operation of mobile clinic or fixed-health facility during humanitarian emergencies as requested.
