Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in feedback management, accountability, or monitoring systems
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of complaint and feedback mechanisms and monitoring tools
Key Responsibilities
The Feedback and Accountability Assistant will support communication and accountability systems within humanitarian projects.

- Managing feedback and complaint mechanisms
- Supporting monitoring and reporting activities
- Assisting with community engagement and communication
