The Feedback and Complaint Mechanism (FCM) Officer will be responsible for assisting the project staff in facilitating and organizing the feedback and complaint mechanisms for the KPSN project. The FCM Officer will ensure the implementation of the feedback and complaint mechanisms agreed upon by SP and the donor. The FCM Officer will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that the feedback and complaint mechanisms are culturally appropriate, accessible, and efficient.

WASH Project Manager – Samaritan’s Purse
The WASH Program Manager will report directly to the BHA Chief of Party. The PM will work closely with the implementing partner Sudan Vision Organization (SUVO) and provide technical support and supervision. He/she also gives support to the Health and Nutrition Project Manager.
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager – Samaritan’s Purse
The M&E Officer will be responsible for coordinating with the Samaritan’s Purse monitoring and evaluation team in Kassala in data entry and analysis, implementing monitoring systems, evaluating program efficacy, survey development, and working with various data platforms. The officer will work directly with program managers and the KIRP M&E team. The M&E Officer ensures the timeliness and accuracy of the monitoring plans of the program.
Midwife/Nurse Trainer – Samaritan’s Purse
The midwife/Nurse Trainer will be responsible for Midwife training in the health facility. She will work with MOH, the health facilities, and communities in Hamesh Korieb to build the capacity of existing midwives/nurses in the health facility and community through formal and on-job training.
