ACCOUNTANT (GEDARIF) – MSG
Mahgoub Sons Ginning Company is looking for a highly organized, Motivated, and passionate candidate with the good quantitative ability for the position of Accountant to be part of our Team in Gedarif.
Job Location: Gear.
Job Summary :
The accountant is responsible for providing financial services to the department in accordance with MSG Finance policies and procedures to ensure timely, relevant and accurate information when managing budgets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
• Examining expenses submitted by employees.
• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Daily cash management and debt facilities reporting.
• Support the month end process where necessary
• Take care of the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls..
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Capturing daily transactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
Knowledge & Skills:
1. Knowledge of records, management procedures to secure, maintain and archive files.
2.Proven time management skills.
3. Financial analytical skills.
