The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Khartoum has announced the recruitment of two Contract Secretaries. Qualified candidates are invited to apply before the stated deadline.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be under 41 years of age as of the examination date.
- Must have graduated from at least a secondary school or an equivalent institution.
- Must not be deprived of public rights.
- Must not have been convicted of serious criminal offenses or crimes involving fraud, bribery, embezzlement, forgery, theft, abuse of trust, or similar offenses.
- Must be medically fit to perform duties continuously (a medical report may be requested from successful candidates).
- Must have an excellent command of Arabic and Turkish.
- Good English language skills will be considered an additional advantage.
- Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient in using common office applications.
Required Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) including address, telephone number, and email address.
- Copy of passport.
- Original or certified copy of the latest educational certificate/diploma.
- Police Clearance Certificate (Criminal Record Certificate).
- One recent colored passport-size photograph taken within the last six months.
- Proof of proficiency in Arabic and Turkish (English proficiency is an added advantage), together with certified translations where applicable.
