The Turkish Embassy in Khartoum wishes to appoint one (1) secretary to work at the Commercial Attaché Office.

Required Conditions:

  1. Academic Qualifications:
    At minimum, a General Secondary School Certificate.
  2. Language Skills:
    Proficiency in Arabic and English is required; proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
  3. Computer Skills:
    Adequate knowledge of using computers.
  4. Professional Competence:
    Possession of the qualifications required for the position.
  5. Physical and Mental Fitness:
    Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job.
  6. Legal Status:
    The applicant must be a citizen of the country where the position is located, or must hold a valid residence permit or work permit in that country.
  7. Military Service (for males):
    Completion of military service, or submission of a document proving exemption.
  8. Criminal Record:
    A certificate confirming no criminal record.
  1. A copy of the national ID card, translated into Turkish.
  2. Educational certificate, translated into Turkish.
  3. Curriculum Vitae (CV), translated into Turkish.
  4. Residence or work permit document, translated into Turkish.
  5. Personal photograph.
  6. Letter of Recommendation (if available), translated into Turkish.
  7. For Turkish male applicants:
    A certificate of discharge from military service or a document proving that there is no military obligation.
  8. For foreign male applicants:
    A certificate of discharge from military service or a document proving that there is no military obligation, translated into Turkish.
  9. For Turkish applicants:
    A document proving proficiency in Arabic and English, translated into Turkish.

Examination:

After reviewing the applications, candidates who meet the required conditions and qualifications will be notified of the exam schedule at a later date.

Notice:

Please note that legal action will be taken against anyone who submits forged documents or provides false information.
If such individuals have already been appointed, their appointment will be cancelled, and if they have received any payments from the institution, these amounts will be recovered with legal interest.

The institution organizing the examination reserves all legal rights and other statutory penalties.

Candidates whose qualifications are deemed suitable will be notified of the exam date and location via the email address they provided after submitting their applications.

The final deadline for submitting applications is 30 December 2025, by the end of official working hours.

Applications received after the specified date will not be accepted.
