Mission and objectives
This document represents a household survey designed for collecting data for calculating the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) in Sudan. The data collection will be conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) in Sudan, while UNDP Sudan Country Office and it’s regional and global partners will provide financial and technical support in preparing the survey questionnaire, sampling, and training of researchers and enumerators.
Context
The survey consists of seven modules. The survey will be conducted at the locality-level , i.e. the survey’s primary sampling units will be sampled at the localities.
