Responsibilities
- Ensure that the e-vouchers are uploaded with the correct monetary value or the allocated amount to the target groups WFP SCOPE Card.
- Together with WFP field staff, monitor the trader’s shops and verify the electronic vouchers redemption at contracted traders’ shops within the distribution centre.
- Supervise e-voucher casual distribution team alongside the national partner Staff.
- Report to WHH CBT Coordinator on the redemption process on a regular basis.
- Ensure that the work place is equipped with all requirements including tables, desks e.t.c.
- Together with community leaders address arising issues regarding e-voucher top-up and redemption process.
- Assist with monitoring of FFA activities progress whenever assigned by WHH.
Qualification:
- University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, community development or any relevant)
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position with International NGO.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access) is mandatory.
- Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory!
- Arab language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
