The incumbent operates safely and efficiently an unarmored U.S. Government-owned or leased motor vehicle and maintains vehicle in a clean and serviceable condition to transport passengers and/or cargo and official visitors. 

Ensure compliance with ICLA strategy, tools, handbooks, guidelines and standards

Manage and implement delegated portfolio of Shelter projects (activities, budget and project documentation) as delegated from PDM in line with proposals, strategies and donor requirements, and ensure high technical quality.

Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines

Contribute to Shelter and Settlement strategy development, project proposals and provide input on needs and gaps;

Prepare and develop status reports as required by management

Adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures and awareness of NRC global and regional strategies

Implement delegated CM project portfolio according to plan of action

Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need of protection, explore and asses new and better ways to assist

Technical responsibility for implementation of ICLA activities

Conduct regular data collection activities to support assessments and monitoring activities, including on service availability and standards in the sites, site identification exercises etc, and ensure data are submitted in a timely manner.

Provide guidance and oversight for the adequate use of HOPE for UNICEF and partners.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to collect, consolidate and address (including through referral pathways) beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries’ grievances.
