Advocate and promote UNHCR standards concerning the treatment of asylum seekers, refugees and returnees as well as IDPs, where applicable; Advocate, promote and encourage the concerned authorities and local opinion makers to uphold established UNHCR standards that have become the international norms.
Engage with management to understand priorities, and provide advice and solutions on all aspects of HR in line with delegated HR authorities.

Finalize the annual workplan and budget and manage their implementation.
Participates fully in assigned operational activities related to implementation of UNITAMS mandate in support of the political transition, peace-making, peacebuilding; supports an integrated approach that includes a rights-based dimension, conflict prevention sensitivity, and gender perspective into the policy, planning and operational activities of the unit.

Lead the operation of mobile clinic or fixed-health facility during humanitarian emergencies as requested.
Undertake field activities in an assigned area or areas, such as at an airport, transit center, third-party facility, camp-based operation or sub-office, or in relation to transportation.
Provide technical support to RRF-funded health-focused implementing partners and monitor their activities to assure that they meet national and IOM global standards.
Provide technical support to RRF-funded WASH-focused implementing partners and monitor their activities to assure that they meet national and IOM global standards.
Act as communication Focal Point for RRF Program, support and facilitate photo and video documentation of program activities, collect success and human development stories, draft social media posts in coordination with IOM Sudan Communication unit, produce visibility materials and ensure adequate visibility throughout the Program.
