Description Sr. Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Specialist -Sudan social protection programme (SSPP) Duty Station: Khartoum With frequent Travel
The Health Specialist supports the development and preparation of the health programme and is responsible for managing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the programme progress of a sector of the health programme (e.g. gender, maternal, neonatal, child survival/development) within the country programme.
To manage the SCI Sudan fleet assets in accordance in accordance with operational needs and in compliance with the required standard procedures and systems as determined by SCI Sudan standard fleet management systems and procedures and provide effective and efficient resource planning and scheduling for all fleet assets within Sudan. The Job holder will also ensure that security, safety, and legal requirements are observed and followed by all SCI Sudan employees in all areas concerning vehicle support.
Support development and operationalization of the CO ́s strategic framework and other relevant steering documents on young people feeding into the youth portfolio.
Closely with the program analysts and specialists ensuring the implementation of the program activities for the assigned projects (FP, HIV/AIDS, MH, MISP, RHCS & STI), through regular follow up with the implementing partners, advocacy efforts, coordination mechanisms and providing technical assistance

The Protection Team Leader (Protection TL) is part of the DRC Protection Team in Central Darfur; he/she will work under the line and technical management of the Protection Manager and the overall supervision of the Area Manager. This position directly manages Protection field teams. The Protection TL shall operate mainly in Nertiti and Golo Localities of Central Darfur State with the possibility to be sent for periods to other parts of Central Darfur where DRC has or may have operations. The Protection TL may also be occasionally requested to travel outside Central Darfur State.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer will work closely with the MEAL Manager and other MEAL team members and contribute the development of high-quality monitoring tools, promoting accountability to affected populations, documenting lessons learned from programme activities, and assisting in project evaluations.
