Assist the Country Manager, HoP and Business Development Specialist in reviewing proposals with emphasis on support elements in accordance with UNOPS Policies and Procedures.

Support the implementation and update of the project Communications Strategy and action plan

Contribute to HR policy development and corporate HR initiatives by assisting to collect data on trends,

Help preparation of technical drawings for updating of infrastructure plans in the four towns

Actively participate in recruitment outreach efforts for all active recruitments as per the outreach plan

Participate in appropriate maintenance and safe and secure storage of all office equipment and property.
