To provide support to policy and programme activities that effectively meet food assistance needs.

Answer incoming calls, provide immediate response to information inquiries and questions, recording all user information into the CFM database system
Verify resource requirements in the area of responsibility (WFP facilities, assets, light vehicle fleet, etc.)
Maintenance of the payment sequence and accounts department filing system and file store.
Planning, coordinating and implementing HR, Admin and Financial activities and policies in the project ac-cording to legal obligations and MSF protocols
Provide inputs and background information for the development of the Sudan Country Office communication strategy;
Design and formulate programme/ project proposals and initiatives;
Working under the overall supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Officer, and the direct supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Assistant, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable to the following tasks and responsibilities in IOM Sudan.
Conduct field assessments and monitoring visits for WASH related interventions and draft reports to document lessons learned; contribute to knowledge management for WASH section, ensuring accuracy,
Manage the use, maintenance and technical support of databases used in the cash-based interventions
Enter data mainly related to asylum seekers, refugees and persons of concern to UNHCR into the computer database.
Conduct registration interviews in accordance with local SOPs and registration standards.

Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of various activities and processes within the specific area of work supporting alignment with wider programme policies and guidelines.
