Duties
Under the direct supervision of the Supply Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for data entry and updating all property accountability records for ICASS, State, and all other subscribing agencies utilizing the Department of State ILMS system for non-expendable property. The incumbent ensures that all appropriate documentation is produced, approved, and stored, according to federal record schedules. S/he reviews requisitions for the issuance, pick-up, and loan of property to all embassy offices, all other USG agencies, and all ICASS Pool residential houses and enter data accurately into computer systems. With the Property Management team, incumbent is responsible for conducting annual inventory of all Embassy assets and residential furniture inventories. Works with Property Management and Warehouse teams to coordinate auctions.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: One year and one-half years of related clerical experience are required.
Job Knowledge:
Must have a general knowledge of associated agency supply procedures and instructions, and the ability to acquire a more detailed knowledge of instructions pertaining to a specific task to which assigned.
Education Requirements:
Successful completion of secondary school is required.
