Participate in programme design and proposal development, including theory of change development, log frame design and budgeting for M&E;
Engage with management to understand priorities, and provide advice and solutions on all aspects of HR in line with delegated HR authorities.
The drivers, at the G-2 level, is expected to provide reliable and safe driving services, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, discretion
Programme planning: Support the Country Programme Document planning process. Sup-port development and quality assurance of Annual/rolling workplans
Professional work experience at the national and/or international level in Education, or other relevant programmes; experience with Early Childhood Development is an asset
Support the implementation of communications strategies for countries, situations and special projects within the area of responsibility;
Adopts adequate emergency preparedness measures through the development and updating of country contingency plans and establishment of early warning mechanisms,
Support supply and logistics emergency preparedness and response activities
