SUMMARY:
This position is mainly responsible for the management of the RI asset and inventory and provides support to RI Warehouse Management System.
Position: Supply chain and Operation Assistant-Khartoum
Reports to: Senior Supply Chain and Operations Officer
Coordination: Field Supply Chain and Operation Officer/Manager.
Location: Khartoum, with frequent field visits to RI field locations

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and review assets and inventory list and ensure the verification process in all offices/HFs to determine existence, condition and ensure accurate updated asset register in accordance to RI asset management policies.
- Ensure accountability, documentation and handover paperwork are correctly done (I.e. Donation certificates and/or asset transfer certificates)
- Being in charge of asset, stock and inventory control ensure that all assets lists are adequately update and share with all field office.
- assignment form for the equipment is assign to staff are available and reconciled with master asset list.
- At Khartoum office, this position will be focal person for the Warehouse Management system and provide the support to field team.
Course: Introduction to Finance and Accounting Specialization by University of Pennsylvania
Qualification and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or relevant education in Information technology.
- 2- 3 years’ experience with an international NGO in similar position.
- IT Skills and background of management of ERP solutions.
- in English and in Arabic oral and written.

- Computer skills and office management skills.
- Relation skills, including integrity and ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure preferred.
