Provide inputs and background information for the development of the Sudan Country Office communication strategy;
Design and formulate programme/ project proposals and initiatives;
Working under the overall supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Officer, and the direct supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Assistant, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable to the following tasks and responsibilities in IOM Sudan.
Conduct field assessments and monitoring visits for WASH related interventions and draft reports to document lessons learned; contribute to knowledge management for WASH section, ensuring accuracy,
Manage the use, maintenance and technical support of databases used in the cash-based interventions
Enter data mainly related to asylum seekers, refugees and persons of concern to UNHCR into the computer database.
Conduct registration interviews in accordance with local SOPs and registration standards.
Manage the use, maintenance and technical support of databases used in the cash-based interventions.
Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of various activities and processes within the specific area of work supporting alignment with wider programme policies and guidelines.

Under the direct technical supervision of the Budget and Programme Officer and in close collaboration with the Programme Unit and Finance Unit,
Perform secretarial administrative activities and give support to external administrative work and to the coordination team in obtaining working/travel permits according to the instructions of the supervisor and MSF rules and protocols to ensure efficient administrative support to MSF office staff.
