Record demographic and biographic information in MiMOSA upon receipt of the request
for travel while confirming receipt to third parties

Undertake field support activities in an assigned area or areas, such as at an airport, transit centre, third-party facility

Working under the overall supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Officer, and the direct supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Assistant, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable to the following tasks and responsibilities in IOM Sudan.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between the IOM sub-office in the area of responsibility

Lead and support the implementation of IOM’s and RSC’s corporate applications such as MiMOSA, PRISM, WRAPS and Intranet.

Provide general assistance in recruitment processes including but not limited to circulation of vacancy announcements, interview arrangements, preparation of materials necessary for the interviews and technical test, support with reference checks, sending out messages to candidates, etc.

Perform assigned role(s) in PRISM HR paying special attention to data consistency and accuracy; input, maintain and verify data based on approvals and supporting documentation; verify eligibility for allowances and other benefits, monitor and follow up on contractual situation and entitlements, and initiate and coordinate prompt actions; generate, edit and review reports, contract extensions, personnel actions and other related documentation.

Support recruitment processes in the office by coordinating the publication of Vacancy Notice/Special Vacancy Notice, receiving and sorting applications, arranging interviews and tests, preparing all the required documentation and materials, sending communications to candidates, contacting previous employers for reference checks and any other related activity as assigned.

Ensure the timely implementation of MHPSS activities following IOM guidelines,
including administrative and logistics guidelines. This includes following the monitoring
and evaluation framework for MHPSS activities, facilitate trainings, sensitization,
organizing meetings and planning, addressing gaps and ensure that they provide overall
support to beneficiaries and community in terms of MHPSS and referral to medical, legal,
sociocultural, and other humanitarian services.
