UNICEF Sudan is looking to hire a Multi Sectoral Programme Coordinator to enhance UNICEF Sudan capacities to efficient, effective, and accountably coordinate design and implementation of multi-sector grants / programming cutting across UNICEF Sections, engaging multiple field offices. The key result is to ensure greater coordination to deliver impacts and value for money adhering to a Results Based Management approach (RBM).
The Finance Officer – Khartoum office performs the day-to-day finance operations. He/she works with the Field Coordinator and Finance Office in Khartoum in the maintenance and oversight of the accounting operations to ensure that all financial operations in the Khartoum office are performed in accordance with IRC and country office policy and procedures.

Ensure the timely implementation of MHPSS activities following IOM guidelines,

and evaluation framework for MHPSS activities, facilitate trainings, sensitization,

support to beneficiaries and community in terms of MHPSS and referral to medical, legal,

Unicef is looking for national consultant to provide technical support, guidance, and capacity in construction works to UNICEF Operations Section. This primarily will focus on technical supervision on the planned renovation/improvement, security enhancement works under the UNICEF operations division including but not limited to the UNICEF Warehouse in SOBA, UNICEF House, and main office.
Maintain up to date records and project accounts on the system to ensure timely, accurate and appropriate information is available and reported
Ensure that network access privileges, applications, data storage and regular backups are configured and maintained
Ensure that all vehicles are safe and road-worthy and have proper vehicle documentation including drivers’’ filling out Log Book correctly, Vehicle Maintenance Check List regularly used by drivers  Â
He or she will develop and oversee the implementation of security management systems and protocols in line with SCI’s safety and security standards in Greater Kordufan.
Under the direct supervision of the HR and Administration Manager, the Administration and HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Administrative and HR Assistant will also provide administrative, human resources support to the national staff team members.
